INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
1 Egg
Salt
Sugar
1 Sachet of oats
Flour
METHOD
1 Mash the banana and mix in the salt, egg, oats and sugar.
2 Depending on the thickness of your mixture add in flour spoon by spoon to get desired consistency (you want to pancake mix thick becasue they cant spread very well)
3 Heat some oil or butter in a frying pan, spoon a little mixture in the pan and cook for around 1 min each side. Serve with fruit/peanut butter or whatever you want : )
