Christmas Biscuits

don’t make a half batch because it won’t be enough

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp butter/margarine
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup (or more whatever you want) rasins

METHOD

1 Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2 Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla extract, onced combined add in the egg
3 Mix in the spices, baking soda and flour (you can make it gluten free by skipping the flour and adding more oats/adding oat flour)
4 Add the oats and rasins and scoop into tablespoon sized balls on the baking sheet. Flatten down slightly adn baking the oven for 10-15 minutes (depends on your oven and how crunchy/soft you want them)
5 Make mulled wine or hot chocolate and put on some xmas music. Enjoy : )
