1 Tin of Tuna
Salt and Pepper
1 Fry the onion in a little oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
2 In a bowl, seperate the tuna and stir in the mustard, salad cream, salt and pepper, more garlic powder, lemon juice and a little nutritional yeast
3 Spread a little butter on the inside of a wrap grate on some cheese, layer up the tuna mix, onion and spinach.
4 Heat up in a griddle/frying pan.
