INGREDIENTS
1 tin tuna
1/2 tin sweetcorn
1 1/2 Slices of bread
1 onion
25g Cheese
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
Garlic powder
Nutritional Yeast
METHOD
1 Fry onion in a little oil with some garlic, salt and pepper.
2 Rip up bread into as small chunks as you can and add to a bowl with tuna. sweetcorn and fried onion.
3 Stir through a little more garlic, salt and pepper to taste, cheese and nutritional yeast.
4 Whisk egg in a bowl and add a little at a time as you may not need it all but if its too dry then you might want to add a little milk.
5 Form into balls and squash down into burger shapes. Fry in a little oil until firm, they may go a dark brown colour but that it the colour they are when they best hold their shape. Serve with whatever you want. I had salad cream
