Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 Small onion (or half an onion)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Handful of Spinach
Cheese
Nutritional Yeast if you feel like it
Bagel
Sauce to serve, I used ketchup, you could also use sweet chilli or balsamic just whatever you fancy I guess
METHOD
1 Chop up onion and fry with a little flora/butter and the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
2 Crack the eggs into the pan and mix around quickly
3 Add the spinach and wilt down then stir through nutritional yeast and cheese
4 Toast and butter bagel, plate up and add some sauce
